1998年　聖マリアンナ医科大学病院入職
2006年　川崎市立多摩病院(指定管理者聖マリアンナ医科大学)転属、
　　　　新規病院の立ち上げの業務に従事.
2008年　聖マリアンナ医科大学東横病院転属
　　　　病院リニューアル事業で2度目の新病院立ち上げの業務に従事．
　　　　現在に至る

2014年　立教大学大学院兼任講師
2020年　コメディカル組織運営研究会代表
